I have spent two decades in sales. Not the kind you read about in textbooks. The kind where you show up, figure out what people need, and find a way to deliver it.

That work has taken me from the factory floor to the boardroom. From managing territories across Nigeria to leading commercial operations across multiple countries. Along the way, I became the first Nigerian and first Black professional to hold a director-level sales position at a multinational industrial company with over 30 years of history.

But titles are not the point. Impact is.
